Shipping Policy

Do you provide free shipping?

CelinieJourney® includes complimentary standard shipping on every order, with estimated delivery within 7–10 business days.

How will my order be shipped?

Most U.S. orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Will someone need to sign for my package?

Orders over $1,500 before shipping fees, duties, and taxes will require a signature at the time of delivery.

When can I expect my order to ship?

After you choose your item, the estimated processing and handling time will be shown on the product detail page. Please note that this estimate does not include the time needed for transit or final delivery.

All orders will be shipped according to the delivery option selected at checkout.

In-Stock Products:

Orders for available items placed before 2:00 p.m. ET are typically shipped the same business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET will generally be processed and shipped on the following business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Will my items arrive in one shipment?

Yes. If your order includes multiple items, they will be grouped together and shipped once the final item is ready.

Are there any delivery limitations?

We are unable to ship to hotels or P.O. boxes.

FedEx shipments sent to APO/FPO addresses may be transferred to USPS for final delivery.

Because of payment authorization requirements, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been placed and payment has been approved.

Under our carrier shipping agreement, risk of loss and ownership of the items transfer to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.

CelinieJourney is not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruptions, email or computer issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

Do you offer worldwide shipping? At this time, we ship within the United States.

How will my international order be shipped?

Most international orders are shipped through FedEx or UPS, though another carrier may be used depending on the destination.

Are there any restrictions for international shipping?

Yes. Some products may not be available for delivery to certain countries. If an item in your cart cannot be shipped to your destination, you will be notified during checkout.

How can I find out about duties and taxes?

Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges required by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the recipient when the package is received.

When will my order arrive?

To estimate your delivery date, please consider the product’s availability, handling time, and shipping transit time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
