30 Days Return Policy

At CelinieJourney®, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date your item was shipped.

Which items cannot be returned?

Items purchased outside the 30-day return window are not eligible for return. Products that have been intentionally modified, damaged, worn, or misused also cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To check shipping rates and create a return label, you may use stamps.com or the shipping carrier of your choice.

How should I prepare my return package?

Returned items must be complete, unused, and in their original condition. Please include the original packaging and proof of purchase. Items must show no signs of wear, use, damage, or abuse.

Do I need to return a promotional free gift?

Yes. If your order included a free gift, the gift must be returned together with the purchased item. If the free gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund. If your returned item does not meet our return requirements, we will not process the return, and we cannot guarantee that the non-returnable or non-refundable item will be sent back to you.

How do I start an international return?

To request an international return, please email celiniejourney@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Customs procedures, import duties, taxes, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for details.

How will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees and additional service charges are non-refundable.

When will my refund be completed?

After your return has been initiated and received, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed. This timeframe begins on the first business day after we receive your return.
